Shopping

When shopping our curated products and experiences, you can expect hassle free shopping, free delivery, easy returns and refunds, committed customer service, and guaranteed authenticity of the items. We take our customers satisfaction very seriously and if you were not happy with your experience, please let us know at [email protected], we will do our best to fix it and improve for the future!
After your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order will be accepted and dispatched once your credit card and address details have been verified.
Making a purchase on ModeFair couldn't be easier!
  • For products, once you have found the item you like, all you have to do is add it to cart. After that go to your shopping bag and follow a simple checkout process - enter your billing and shipping information, your payments details, confirm the order and you are done!
  • For experiences, complete the booking details, and follow a simple checkout process - enter your billing information, your payments details, confirm the booking and you are done!

Unfortunately we do not sell gift cards right now, but we will keep you updated if we do!

Sizing varies among the brands we stock. To help you choose the best size for you, please refer to the size guide here.
If an item has any special care instructions, it will be stated in the product description.
We guarantee that all of the items sold on ModeFair are 100% authentic.

Payment

We currently support the following payment options:
  • MasterCard and Visa Credit Cards
  • PayPal
  • Online Banking - Maybank2U, CIMBClicks, HLB Connect, RHB Now, and AmOnline.
It is not a mandatory requirement. We accept all major Credit Cards.
For Online Banking, we have Maybank2U, CIMBClicks, HLB Connect, RHB Now, and AmOnline at the moment.

Shipping

We offer free shipping across Malaysia for orders above RM0, including Sabah and Sarawak.
Your order will arrive within 5 working days (unless otherwise stated).
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping - we only ship within Malaysia (including Sabah and Sarawak) at the moment.
You can check your order status in My Account.
You will receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order. You can also check the status in My Account or on the selected courier's website by entering the tracking number provided.
Once your order has been received, we strive to deliver it to you as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot accept any cancellations once your order has been confirmed.
We only deliver within Malaysia at the moment.
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend shipping details once your order has been placed. Please ensure your order details are correct before completing your transaction.
At this moment we do not deliver to PO boxes.

Returns & Refunds

ModeFair offers hassle-free returns within 7 calendar days after your order has been delivered to you.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return, subject to the following terms and conditions:
  • Items must be unworn and unused in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and all accessories it came with.
  • Any item that you receive with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact.
  • Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack have to be returned as a whole set.
  • Returns for intimates, undergarments and beauty products are not allowed due to hygiene reasons.
  • This Returns policy does not apply to items that have been stated as Non-refundable on www.modefair.com.
  • Returned items should also match the written and/or photographic documentation of the item's condition that was given when submitting the return. Returns that do not match the reason(s) submitted will not be accepted.
To make a return, go to Order Details in My Account and select the order you wish to return an item from, and start the return process. Once you have completed the RMA form, you will receive an email with your RMA number and further instructions.
ModeFair offers 2 free return options for our customers:
a. Pick up at Customer's location:
  1. Fill out the return form included in your package with the RMA ID. If you have lost the original return form, please print out the PDF attachment.
  2. Pack and seal all item(s) in its original packaging and include the Return Form.
  3. ModeFair will upload the Shipping Label to your RMA record within 3 business days.
  4. Download the Shipping Label from your RMA record and print it out. If you do not have a printer, just take note of your AWB number show it to the courier.
  5. Wait for collection on your chosen date and time.
b. Drop off at the nearest Pos Laju branch:
  1. Fill out the return form included in your package with the RMA ID. If you have lost the original return form, please print out the PDF attachment.
  2. Pack and seal all item(s) in its original packaging and include the Return Form.
  3. Fill up Pos Laju's consignment note.
  4. Drop Off the item(s) at the nearest Pos Laju branch.
Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment within 14 business days (subject to your bank's processing time) after receiving your returned items in its original condition. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email notification from us.
